Reverse Mortgage Brochure
Spearheaded the content composition, art direction, and design of an informative brochure on Reverse Mortgages. The goal was two-fold (1) develop a piece for borrower audiences that simplified the reverse mortgage process and details in a way that was easy to understand, and (2) clear up any historical 'bad rep' misunderstandings about the program. I executed extensive research, gathering statistics and facts to support the benefits and popularity of reverse mortgages, and used my outsider perspective to simplify the details/process.

I composed all content, cover to cover, and was also responsible for the art direction of the brochure, including creating custom icons and illustrations used throughout the brochure to visually communicate complex loan scenarios.
I sourced all statistics and facts used throughout the brochure through self-directed, extensive research.
I designed all icons found throughout the brochure, saving them as separate files for the client to leverage elsewhere.
One of my favorite parts of this piece was coming up with the unique borrower profile labels.
