While the real estate market heats up in the spring, so does the competition. American Lifestyle magazine's largest and most established audience is made up of real estate professionals. Aware of the upcoming competitive season and challenges our customers faced during this time, we took the opportunity to provide a preparation-focused solution through a Spring Marketing e-Book.
The goal of the e-book was simple—provide valuable and timely content to our real estate customers and network. By offering insight on how to plan season-specific strategies and unique ideas on how to boost success throughout the spring market, we'd reinforce the value of our products and company.
The e-Book content connected to Issue 69's promotion, Everything Organized, and further segued into Issue 70's real-estate focused promotion, Making Moves. This connection provided a subtle promotion for American Lifestyle magazine without taking away from the customer-focused content of the e-Book.
The e-book proved to be a valuable and appreciated offering for our audience while having a major impact on the success of both Issue 69 and Issue 70 promotions. Perhaps more importantly, however, the e-book boosted our perception as a thought-leader and valuable resource for real estate industry professionals.
